Casio announces the Exilim EX-Z600 in Japan today.

The Casio Exilim EX-Z600 features a 2.7 inch screen with a brightness of 1,200cd/m2. This screen is 3 times as bright as the one featured in the Exilim EX-Z500.
Other features of this new 6MP Casio digital camera include 550 shots per battery charge, anti-shake DSP, 640x480px 30fps video capture, 2816×2112px max. resolution, 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom and USB 2.0. The Casio Exilim EX-Z600 measures 88.5mm×57mm×20.5mm and weighs 112g.
Casio will start to sell the Casio Exilim EX-Z600 still in January. Price not set yet.
