Samsung announced to release their T-DMB mobile phone SGH-P900 in Europe in time for the FIFA Soccer World Cup. Meanwhile it is not clear in Germany if T-DMB broadcast will be ready in time.

On top of that, the T-DMB services in Germany are pilots and field tests so far. Will there be a broadcast after the Soccer Fest? Will it be nation wide? Who knows? The competing DVB-H digital TV standard is actually pushed hard by Nokia and others. To buy the Samsung SGH-P900 is high roller gamble for early adopters.
But maybe there will be more solid details about the T-DMB mobile TV service when we get closer to the World Cup. The Samsung T-DMB SGH-P900 is a tri-band GSM phone with a 2MP digital camera and a 2.2 inch color screen.
