The Japanese terrestrial digital TV service is the biggest in terms of potential users world-wide.
Currently normal TV programming is pushed over the service. Custom mobile TV content will be offered in the near term. As reported Germany is supposed to have a T-DMB digital TV trial during the Soccer World Cup.
