Sony's online store Sony Style launched a Camcorder Trade-UP program.

For a limited time, you can trade in your old camcorder, and receive an e-coupon worth the value of your trade-in to be applied toward the purchase of a new Sony Handycam camcorder at SonyStyle.com. The offer ends May 15th (not all camcorder makes are eligible).

I tested the Sony Style online trade-in estimator with a JVC GZ-MC100 HDD digital camcorder. For this camcorder in good condition Sony Style offered me $300. This is not too bad, considering that the JVC GZ-MC100 can be had for around $500 new.
