RIM hits back at Visto with a lawsuit in Dallas to rule that the BlackBerry doesn't infringe patents owned by Visto.
As reported Visto sued RIM after they won against Seven Networks.
I just report about this to close the loop on the topic. Now the lawyers will have a go at it and we report about it again when there will be a final outcome.
