The latest Magic Talker from Korean Eintech supports video playback at 30fps.

The Magic Talker LM-580 supports up to 2GB flash memory and the 3.5 inch color screen provides a generous 640x480 pixel resolution. The translation device supports now animated language learning tutorials. Reminds me of the Sony PSP Talkman.
Other features of the LM-580 include voice recorder, FM tuner, recording, mp3 player, calculator and built-in stereo speakers.

Eintech has improved their Magic Talker pocket translators pretty fast. In September 2005 the first Magic Talker had not even a color screen.
More hi-res photos of the LM-580 on AVing. More details on the Eintech LM-500 series product page.
