New Ringtone Can Be Heard Only By Kids

When MP3s could become ringtones, it was a big step. When ringtones could top the singles chart, it was another big step. Well now, it's the next big step in the history of ringtones -- ringtones that are being dubbed "adult-proof".
Apparently, the ringtone is so high-pitched that aged ears cannot hear them. It's the same concept behind the dog whistle. This means that students can now send text messages to each other without alerting the teacher from a noisy ringtone or vibrating sound.
An MP3 of this kind of ringtone can be found here. What really disturbs me is that I can just barely hear it, and I'm not exactly over the hill. I guess all that time listening to my iPod with the volume to the max actually did affect my hearing. Find ringtones you can hear in our mobile content shop.
