Toyota announced its Hybrid Eco-Car Prius 2004.
The Toyota Hybrid System featured in the Prius combines a gas engine with an electric motor to create an environmentally advanced, fuel-efficient, hybrid. Resulting in 55 miles to the gallon!
In a story on MSNBC it says that the japanese version of the Toyota Prius sports a self parking system to automatically park the car in tight spots. Toyota said the system uses a monitor and software to scan the parking location and then guide the car into position. The driver doesn’t touch the steering wheel or use the gas or brake pedals.
