Ever seen one of those infomercials for a bed where the paid actors (er, "actual satisfied customers") say the bed is like sleeping on air? Apparently they know what it's like to sleep on this totally cool bed, which actually floats in the air.

It's done magnetically, along with wall-bound tethers to hold it in place. It can hold up to just about one ton (2,000 pounds), so it's more than able to fit you and that special someone else.
This bed is actually available for sale, for a mere 1.2 million euros ($1.5 million). I wonder if we'll see less costly versions of this kind of mattress in the future or if this idea will end with this thing. I know I wouldn't want one of these because I wouldn't be able to toss all my junk under the bed.
