You can always count on Comedy Central's The Daily Show to explain all the complexities of potential paradigm shifts of the worldwide web. That is, you can always expect they'll find some new vein of humor to tap into.
That's why it's just not possible to simply overlook their recent segment on net neutrality. The always-funny John Hodgman gave some hilarious commentary about the proposed tier-based Internet service.
