The Black Diamond concept phone for VIPN is actually going to be made in limited quantity.

Designer Jaren Goh came up with the Black Diamond concept phone a couple of month ago. Esato (Thanks A Razaq) reports that a Swiss company called VIPN will be making the Black Diamond in 2007.

I am not sure if this is for real, as the VIPN site states that a Black Diamond phone will sell for an unbelievable 300,000 USD. On the other hand Goldvish mobile phones are supposed to be available for up to 1 Mio. USD. There are only 5 numbered unique pieces going to be made. The diamond they integrate in the phone must be of decent size to rectify that price tag.
The Black Diamond phone runs Windows Mobile 5 on an Intel CPU. Other features include 2 inch color screen Wi-fi, SD card slot and quadband GSM.
