On the weekend we reported about the super expensive $300,000 Black Diamond Mobile phone. Now Esato reports that Jaren Goh also designed a more affordable version of the Black Diamond called White Pearl.

Affordable is of course relative, as the price of the White Pearl is $1,500. And do not expect to find a pearl integrated in the phone at this price.

The White Pearl will also be made by Swiss VIPN. The luxury phone will feature Quad band and Wi-Fi connectivity and run Windows Mobile 5 on an Intel 400Mhz processor.
Other feature include a 2" 262k touch sensitive TFT color screen, internal memory of 128MB, 4MP camera and bundled 2Gb SD card.
Availability of the White Pearl is also supposed to be in 2007.
