Verizon offers a model of the famed LG Electronics Chocolate series in the United States.
Update:
Great Deal for the LG Chocolate on Amazon.com
The LG8500 has the Chocolate looks but features a full music player supporting Verizon's V CAST service. The LG Chocolate LG-KG800 available in Europe has a more reduced styling as it does not feature big music player buttons in the front.
The Verizon Chocolate features a 1.3MP camera with 2x digital zoom and self-timer, color TFT with 240x320 pixels, integrated speaker, video player, mp3 ring tones and microSD card slot.
Verizon offers the LG Chocolate phone in three bundles starting at $149.99 after a $50 instant online discount and new two-year customer agreement.
Verizon Wireless has eliminated the need for customers to subscribe to the V CAST VPak for $15 per month to use V CAST Music.
The Verizon V CAST Music songs cost as little as $0.99 if purchased from the PC or $1.99 if purchased and downloaded over the air onto a V CAST Music phone. Two bucks is still a lot of a song, I guess though Verizon will soon get a grip and match their PC pricing also for OTA downloads.
