Crutchfield an TSS Radio stopped taking pre-orders for the new Sirius Stiletto portable satellite radio player. A not at TSS Radio says that Sirius asked them to stop taking pre-order.

Crutchfield even dropped the whole stiletto product page. If you search for stiletto you get this message: "Looking for the new SIRIUS Stiletto SL 100? For more information or to pre-order, please call one of our helpful Sales Advisors at 1-888-955-6000." If you had time to call, please email me what they said.

Considered reasons are FCC or RIAA involvement. I would also consider that Sirius still did not get around to actually blowing the big marketing horn on the Stiletto 100.
