OCZ announced today their newest flash drive called the OCZ Mega-Kart 8GB. The drive uses a credit card form factor slim enough to carry in your wallet. Connectivity for the drive is via USB 2.0.
If normal flash drives that typically max out at 2GB just don’t have enough storage capacity for you, the Mega-Kart might just be the flash drive you have been looking for. The Mega-Kart 8GB measures in at 85mm x 54mm x 3.5mm (L x W x H), which means it should fit into most wallets. Plug and play compatibility for Windows 98, 98 SE, ME, 2000 and XP.
OCZ’s Mega-Kart is also Mac OS X and Linux Kernel 2.4 and later compatible. OCZ covers the drive with a one year warranty and integrates a LED to show read and write access visually. Shop for OCZ products here.
