If you are looking for the ultimate set of earphones for your iPod or PC, this may well be them. The new Ultimate Ears triple.fi 10 Pro earphones employ three drivers for each ear to provide pure sound quality.
Two of the three drivers in each earpiece are bass drivers that divide the acoustic workload for improved definition and clarity to provide deep bass without overwhelming the music. The single high-frequency driver has a specially engineered passive crossover for balanced lows, mids and highs. The resulting mixture of the three drivers produce a frequency response of 10Hz to 17 kHz, which is the widest response of any non-custom earphone set on the market. A patent-pending dual bore design delivers the highs and lows through two separate channels for a broader sound.
