Best Buy teams with RealNetworks' Rhapsody and SanDisk to launch the Best Buy Digital Music Store.
The artist known these days as just Diddy provides an exclusive track from his upcoming new album Press Play exclusively for the launch of the Best Buy digital music store.
This, yet another online music store, is powered by the RealNetworks Rhapsody 4.0 music service, and features both a permanent download store and a subscription download service.
Best Buy will carry and promote the SanDisk Sansa e200R Rhapsody MP3 players, which have been optimized to work seamlessly with the Best Buy Digital Music Store.
The Sansa e200R Rhapsody comes with a free, two-month subscription to the Best Buy Digital Music Store.
The Best Buy music store charges .99c for a song and $14.99 for a monthly subscription for unlimited listening. The service works with any MP3 player.
The Rhapsody edition Sansa e200R MP3 range from $139.99 MSRP for the 2GB model to $249.99 MSRP for the 8GB player.
