Apple Distributed Windows Virus on new Apple iPods

Apple confirms that they distributed the RavMonE.exe virus on less than 1% - of the Video iPods available for purchase after September 12, 2006.
Apple blames the contract manufacturer. Apparently at least already 10 days ago some iPod owners posted about the virus problem on the Apple discussion board.
It is kind of funny that Apple is distributing Windows viruses.
