ViaMichelin has a cool new mobile GPS system called the X-980T GPS. The most interesting feature of the device is the combination of the 2D and 3D maps allowing you to get driving directions and get 3D representations of landmarks for better driving instructions.
The device also supports Bluetooth hands free phones so you can keep eyes on the road allowing you to make and receive calls via the GPS systems speaker and mic. The screen is a 4.3” panoramic LCD.
You can have routes selected by shortest route, quickest route, bike route, pedestrian, no tolls and recommended by ViaMichelin. Currently the system is for Europe only, no word on when or if it will make it to the USA. Buy your own GPS system here. Via Ubergizmo
