I am a bit surprised actually that Sega's new animatronics life-size Pony that they announced in Japan is actually coming to the United States for this holiday season. It is called here FurReal Friends Butterscotch Pony and is much cheaper than in Japan.
Hasbro published an assembly instruction video for the cute Pony robot. If you do not want to scare your kid unwrapping a horse with no head under the Christmas tree, you better take time to put it together before.
It might also not go over easy with your kid, when you slice its belly open (see photo below) to put in 6 "D" batteries inside. Yes, 6 D cells. They are not included of course. So do not forget to buy these else the Pony is dead and has to be burried in the garden.
The Hasbro FurReal Friends Butterscotch Pony sells for $299.99 and will ship in November. It sells from Amazon.com and other shops.
This animatronics Pony moves head and ears, and blinks its eyes. The must have toy for this holiday season (at least for little girls) reacts to touch and voice, "eats" a carrot, and makes real pony sounds. The FurReal Friends Butterscotch Pony comes with carrot and brush.
