The enterprising ad agency for Max Factor cosmetics, The Leo Burnett agency, has created the coolest billboard I have seen. In dry weather, you get a pretty model that sports the company’s makeup on her eyes.

The coolness comes in when rain comes falling, the models eye makeup runs down her cheeks presumably to illustrate what happens if you don’t use Max Factor. What I can’t tell from the photo is if this is a digital billboard or an old-fashioned poster style. I’m figuring it is digital. At any rate, if they can do this with eye make up ads, when will they start doing it with the cute female underwear models in the tighty whiteys? Just think about it guys, thin white shirt, add water… it’s enough to take you back to college days of frat parties and coeds. Via Engadget
