The wait is over! Sony Ericsson officially announces the P900 Smart Phone. And yes the discussion about the name is also over, it is not going to be the P810 it is the P900. We reported about the first p900/p810 back in August. Only bad grainy photos where available then.

Sony Ericsson launched a nice P900 Promo Page and a P900 Product Page with lots of infos and P900 photos.

The P900 Smart Phone offers PDA, Web Connectivity, Digital Camera, Phone, Wide-Screen Gaming and Music functionality.
The Phone measures only 115 x 57 x 24 mm and weighs 150g. The Screen features 65,536 colors and a resolution of 208 x 320 pixels.
The Sony Ericsson SmartPhone also can play MP3 and MP4. The P900 has an on-screen keyboard and a large touchscreen. (more details in Press-Release).

The P900 will be sold in Europe and the Asia Pacific region in the fourth quarter
It will come to China and the United States in the first quarter of 2004, Sony Ericsson said. (via Yahoo).
