I recall getting my mom one of those key chains that beep when you clap as a gift when I was young, it really sucked as I recall. Seems Smart Finder is updating the art of finding things you loose, so long that you have included one of the smart finder receivers on it.
The Smart Finder remote looks like a typically remote with four buttons corresponding to the four transmitters the system comes with. You attach the remotes to stuff you loose frequently like your wallet, phone or keys. Sorry, there is no word of an attachment for your mind. When you loose said device you push the button that corresponds to the misplaced item and an 85 dB alarm goes off helping you to locate it. Somewhat jokingly, the Smart Finder is recommended for locating children as well. That wouldn’t be a joke in my house, not that my daughter gets lost frequently but she was apparently born with a toddler clocking device that allows her to creep up on me unnoticed, until I step on her leading to lots of tears and accusations of giving her a booboo. Might work at the mall too where she tends to use her ninja like reflexes to elude me in the clothing racks. Story and image via Pop Gadget
