The Sony Pega Gadget lets you record TV shows onto Memory Stick media (up to 16 hours!) and play them on your Sony CLIE handheld.

The Sony Pega VR100K has a built-in TV tuner to record cable or TV programs (channels VHF 2 to 13, UHF 14 to 69, cable TV 2 to 128).

It can be hooked up to a standard TV antenna, cable service, satellite receiver, VCR, or video camcorder, and can be used as TV tuner on LCDs or PC display with video Inputs.

Record your favorite TV shows or personal home videos onto Memory Stick media and playback the recorded videos on the CLIÉ handheld. Recorded videos, TV and cable programs are stored on the Memory Stick media (sold separately). The product is also compatible with the following media: MagicGate Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, and MagicGate Memory Stick Duo media. It can record up to 16 hours and 40 mins using a 1GB Memory Stick PRO in LP1/LP2 mode. Video utilities software is included for automatic recording of TV or cable programs. Recorded videos on the Memory Stick and compatible media may be played back on PCs with QuickTime 6 application program.
