I was poking around over at the BenQ site and came across this cool looking smart phone called the BenQ EL71. This phone is the PDA style, but has the slide out keyboard we see on lots of phones these days.
Rather than use cheap feeling and fragile plastic bodies like some Smartphone’s, BenQ went all aluminum with the EL71. The screen is a 2” version with262K colors sporting a QVGA 240 x 320 resolutions. If you like thin phones, the EL71 is only 16.5mm thick, as a comparison, early models of the Razr from Motorola were 14.5mm thick. Also wrapped into the attractive package are a 1.3MP digital camera with LED flash and MP3 player functionality. A built-in MicroSD slot allows you to further expand the memory as well. The EL71 is GPRS class 10/Edge network compatible as well.
