Naturally there were lots of iPod accessories on display at CES this year and the coolest iPod device I saw was from DreamGear and is called the i.Sound Plasma. If you have seen one of those plasma globes before that has what looks like lightening inside of a glass ball that moves towards your hands when you touch the glass you know the main part of this system.
Around the base of the plasma globe are speakers that play the music back from your iPod. The plasma inside the globe reacts to the beat of your music giving you a light show along with your tunes.
I really wanted one of these plasma globes when I was young and recall them being about $500 just for the globe. DreamGear is selling the i.sound Plasma for only $99.99 making this a bargain. If you are into 60’s music this maybe the ideal way to playback music from your iPod allowing you to bring a bit of psychedelic to your tunes.
