The Future: Transparent Car Control Displays

Nissan and Honda show concept cars at the Tokyo Car Show with transparent displays.
The displays are used as instrument panels that show the conditions of the cars.
The letters and pictures on the display are made up of several segments. Because the displays are almost transparent except for the part that shows letters and pictures, they do not interrupt the views of the people inside the car.

Nissan has loaded its concept car "EFFIS" with this new display. Honda installed the display in its concept car, "IMAS".
