Dell Offers Anti-Theft Security for Notebooks

Dell partners with Absolute Software to offer LoJack for Laptops to protect your notebook from thieves.
The LoJack for Laptops Software installed on your computer runs in the background and if reported stolen contacts a monitoring center via the internet to locate your notebook. If the LoJack recover team is not able to find your stolen notebook within 30 days you receive apparently a refund on the software.
With the purchase of select DellTM InspironTM notebooks, customers who opt for CompleteCare Accidental Damage Service with prices ranging from $99 to $139, now will receive Computrace LoJack for Laptops theft recovery service, valued at between $49 and $119 This service is available for systems with 1 - 4 year warranties.
