Australian SMS Technology sent us several new pretty hi-res photos of their soon to ship M300 GSM mobile phone watch.

The M300 is the most promising Wrist phone since the NTT Wristomo in 2003. The Wristomo was only available in Japan. The M300 will ship world-wide. After some delays, SMS Technology is apparently on track to start shipping the mobile phone watch in March.

The M300 Wrist phone sells for $649 Australian dollars, which is about $500 USD. Shipping is supposed to start March 25th.
