Sharp Aquos DV-ACW60 1TB HD Recorder

I feel so small with my 80GB digital video recorder. Terra Byte HD recorder are set to become the standard size in Japan. Sharp has just released the Aquos DV-ACW60 HD digital recorder with a 1TB HDD.
The Sharp DV-ACW60 has a Terrestrial BS 110 degree CS digital tuner supporting recording of 2 shows at the same time. Sharp also claims the fastest startup time with 0.8 seconds for the DV-ACW60.
Another new feature in a digital recorder is a high-speed IrDA interface. You can upload photos from a mobile phone to the recorder via infra-red to store it or view it on your TV.
Later you can of course burn the photos onto a DVD.
Sharp also announced the DV-ACW55, DV-ACW52, DV-AC55 and DV-AC52 that feature smaller hard-drives. All new Sharp digital recorder go on sale in February and in March in Japan.
