In The story Perkins talks about the cleansing of the system, meaning less traffic, lower rents etc. Silicon Valley was out of fashion for some time. Mr. Perkins says its back and doing great, especially compared to the rest of the world. He also predicts that 2004 will be a huge IPO year with already at least 10 blockbusters currently in the pipeline. Worth a read, especially for people who life in the Valley and need some motivation.
