Sony Ericsson announced at the CTIA the new W580 Walkman phone in a slim slider design.

The Sony Ericsson W580 is only 14mm thin and has flashy light effects along the side that change with you navigating the Walkman music player.

Other features of the W580 include 2 inch QVGA screen, 2MP camera, micro memory stick slot, FM radio and Bluetooth.

Measurements of the W580i are 99 x 47 x 14 mm and the weight is 94g.
The W580 comes in white and urban grey.
The W580 Walkman® phone is a Quad Band EDGE device (850/900/1800/1900) and will be available in selected markets from Q3 2007.
