At CES this year Corsair showed off several new flash drives that were interesting. One of the drives was the Flash Voyager GT, which is a ruggedized flash drive able to withstand shock, dirt and water.
To see just how rugged the Flash Voyager GT is the guys over at Everything USB ran over it with a SUV and put it into the dryer for extended periods. In use drive speeds were 10.6MBps read and 4.2 MBps write.
The drive comes bundled with security software that can encrypt the contents on the flash drive, but that software does require admin privileges on the PC to operate. Its connector was damaged in when it was run over with a car though. Via Everything USB
