DXG USA announced the DXG-589V 5MP camera, which sports video gaming feature.

The DXG-589V integrates a 5MP digital camera with a VGA camcorder, video game player, digital music player, and direct video recording from TVs or DVD players.

The flip screen of the DXG-589V can be rotated to create the familiar Gameboy configuration. With the video game toggle dial you can play 20 built-in full-color 2D or 3D video games. Now you just have to hope that the battery is not empty after hours of gameplay when you actually need to take a photo.
DXG puts a $199 price on the DXG-589V multi-functional camera.
