Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) today announced the Go!Cam for the Sony PSP.
On a 4GB Sony Memory stick you can record 2,5 hours of video or store 40,000 photos with the Go!Cam.
Sony bundles the Go!Edit editing software with the Go!Cam. The software enables you to edit video directly on the PSP.
The Sony PSP camera will be released on 16th of May 2007 across Europe and the PAL territories. The retail price will be a retail price of €49.99 (£34.99, ~$68).
Via this Sony press-release.
Sony has the PSP camera PSP-300 already since November on the market in Japan. I assume the camera will be announced for the US as well any time soon.
