I was just checking on Tesla Motors to see if anything new is happening at the maker of the coolest most desirable electric car on the planet. Then I saw a blog entry about these pink electric bunny slippers.

Greg Solberg, a firmware engineer at Tesla Motors, built with his wife two giant motorized bunny slippers.
The electric slippers are 7.5-feet long and can scoot along at a top speed of about 15 mph. Both feet (yes, there is a left and a right) are covered with plush pink Flokati rugs the exact color of cotton candy.
They each have a 36-volt system using six YellowTop 12-volt Optimas batteries.
The two front wheels are chain driven by a 7-inch brushed DC motor made by Advanced DC Motors.
Mr. Solberg also has designed an electric muffin, which he supposedly shows off this weekend at the Maker Faire in SF. Via Tesla Motors.
