Dell is pulling out all the stops with their latest XPS gaming machine the XPS 720 H2C. the rig ships with Corsair DOMINATOR EPP RAM overclocked to 1066MHz. The Intel CPU’s available in the system will be overclocked to bin+3 as well.

The really cool and different aspect of this machine is the patent pending; two stage liquid H2C ceramic cooling technology. “Hard-core gamers and technology enthusiasts continue to challenge us to push limits, and we relish turning those challenges into reality,” said Glen Robson, general manager, Dell’s worldwide gaming products. “Dell is committed to delivering the best PC gaming experience available, combining leading-edge hardware and accessory innovations with the most extreme games, and the XPS gaming products are designed to do exactly that.”

Prices for this rig will start at $5999 and will include an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 overclocked to 3.46GHz from the stock 2.66GHz plugged into an NVIDIA nForce 680i mainboard. The aforementioned Dell H2C thermo-electric/liquid cooling system, 2GB of DOMIBATOR DDR2 RAM clocked to 1066MHz, dual 160GB SATA 10,000 RPM HDD, 2x Blu-ray drive, Sound blaster X-FI Xtreme Music sound card 24” Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW display with 10W speakers, Windows Vista or XP Media center, SLI enabled 8800 GTX graphics cards all packed into a 2.4mm-think aluminum case painted piano black and utilizing a 1Kw PSU.

Optional upgrades will include the Core 2 Extreme QX6800 overclocked to 3.73GHz, SLI enabled 8800 Ultra graphics cards, PhysX processor, 27” UltraSharp display, and a Dell WL600 5.8 GHz wireless read 5.1 speaker system.
