FTC looks into Google DoubleClick Deal

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has opened a preliminary antitrust investigation into Google’s $3.1 billion purchase of DoubleClick that was announced mid-April.
Privacy advocates appreciate the move of the FTC to look into this merger of dominant internet online advertisement companies.
Google is though confident that the antitrust regulators would approve the deal.
