Rumors about a new low-cost Palm Treo appeared over the last couple of days supported by leaked images.

The new Palm Treo would come as a Windows and Palm version and sell for $200.
The code name is supposedly "Gandolf".
Features of the unannounced Palm Treo are to include EVDO (rev. A), camera, Bluetooth and a Micro SD expansion slot.
The photo above shows the Windows version of the leaked Palm Treo. The new Palm smartphone does not really look exciting. In my opinion Palm needs to up their product design. The new Foleo has also a boring industrial design.
