Apple announced that more than 1 million copies of Safari for Windows were downloaded in the first 48 hours since the free public beta was made available on Monday.
The current version is 3.0.1 build 522.12.2. The latest build is supposed to have some security fixes, that some people discovered in the first hours of the release.
The number of downloads is impressive, but not shocking. It is still to early to say if Safari will reach a significant market share.
