Look Mom, My QQ-Bike has no Pedals [Video]

Today a Chinese manufacturer sent us an email promoting their QQ-Bike for kids.
Kids move the bike by pushing the handlebar forward and backwards. Via a lever the handlebar is driving the wheels in the back. Steering is done with the feeds on the front axle. The QQ-Bike is for kids age 3 to 10 years.
I am not sure if this is actually a new design. I looked around on various toy shops, but could not find a kids ride-on with such a drive mechanism.
The three colored rims are also totally off the hook on that bike. See a video of the QQ-bike in action below.
