ECS Factory Tour: How Mainboards are Made

Last month one friend of mine went on a tour of the ECS factory to see how they make their mainboards. I know I have often wondered at how the process happens.
Is it a bunch of people in a clean room with a soldering iron or is it a big robotic assembly line that completes all of the construction of the mainboards. If you have ever wondered, hop over to Real World Benchmarks and check out the photos from the factory tour.
