The Financial Times reports that people familiar with the matter say that O2 wold get the exclusive Apple iPhone deal in the UK.
The article also says that the iPhone would initially only be available in Germany, UK and France. Apple is supposedly not shipping a 3G iPhone in Europe initially.
Even if 3G is still not available everywhere, it would be a no go for me to get a non-3G iPhone.
A couple days ago the rumor was that Vodafone is going to make the iPhone deal and two days ago it was Deutsche Telekom.
