Jostens Inc. is killing its $486 million purchase of competitor American Achievement Group Holding Corp. after regulators opposed the deal. The Federal Trade Commission voted Thursday to seek a federal court order to block the Bloomington-based yearbook and class-ring maker's proposed transaction.
