KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — The Kansas City Council has approved city subsidies and rezoning necessary for Cerner Corp.’s 10-year, $4.45 billion expansion plan. Fewer openings for information technology workers were posted in North Carolina in July than in either June or July of last year, according to the latest survey by SkillProof for the N.C. Technology Association. The survey found 3,750 average daily postings last month, down from 3,970 in June and 3,960 a year ago. In July of 2012, the survey found 4,890 openings on average.
