MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A bicyclist was listed in critical condition after he was involved in a crash with a car west of St. James, Minn. early Thursday morning. The crash happened just before 6:30 a.m. along County Road 3 near 650th Avenue, roughly 6 miles west of St. James.
