New York real estate developer Synapse Capital has bought a building in San Francisco's Mid-Market area with plans to convert it into micro hotel.
The Chronicle reports Synapse bought the Mid-Market Grant Building at 1095 Market St. and will work with London's Yotel, which operates hotels offering tiny rooms, to turn the property into a 200-room hotel.
