Apple's new product launch event is just a day away on September 10th. But no new iPads are expected on Tuesday. In fact, iPad 5 and the iPad mini 2 is expected to come later in Q4 of this year along with an iPad mini Retina display. Meanwhile, the low-cost iPad mini is likely to come in early 2014.

Apple is expected to launch its 5th generation iPad model along with second generation iPad mini Retina display with A7X chips, in 4th quarter of 2013. While a lower cost upgraded model of iPad mini with A6 chip inside, is expected to be launched in early 2014.

Apple drops down the prices for its non retina 13 inch MacBook Pro educational models. It means that now students can get $100 and $200 discount on purchasing 2.5GHz and 2.9GHz 13-inch MacBook Pro models respectively without retina display.
