Features & Specifications
The Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 has external dimensions of 7.1 x 5.1 x 10.5 inches and internal dimensions of 6.1 x 4.1 x 8.3 inches. The bag also has a small Velcro closure pouch inside the top lid for storing memory cards. A shoulder strap can be attached or unattached to the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 for carrying and on the rear of the bag is a large belt loop for attaching to a belt for carrying. Another pouch for small accessories is located on the front of the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 as well.

The Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 us a top loading bag and the lid is closed with dual zippers. The interior is lined with brushed tricot lining that is soft and will keep your LCD screen and lenses safe from scratches. The exterior of the bag is covered in water and abrasion resistant fabric. The images on the Lowepro site show removable support braces inside the bag, however, my review sample did not include these Velcro supports.

Cirrus TLZ 25 in Use
The top-loading Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 is very easy to get your camera into and out of for fast shots. While the images of the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 from the website of Lowepro show support braces that Velcro into the interior of the bag to help hold the camera, my sample did not include these braces. I didn’t really need these braces; my Nikon D80 filled the bag completely save about half an inch at the top of the bag.

Smaller DSLR cameras placed into the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 may benefit from these straps and I would assume them to be included on Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 available at retail locations. The belt loop on the bag is a nice feature, but with the weight of my D80 makes this an uncomfortable way to carry the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25. The adjustable and removable shoulder strap is comfortable enough for extended use.

I particularly liked the snug fitting design of the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 for my Nikon D80. This is as close as you get to a small camera bag for a larger bodied DSLR camera. I used the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 to protect my camera inside my carry-on bag when I flew out to LA to cover the LA Auto Show. The Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25 worked great for protecting my D80 during the flight and while working at the show. The camera was easily accessible from the top loading bag and the bag was small enough that it didn't add much bulk to the gear I already had to carry around with me.
