Features & Specifications in Use Anyone who is married or has a significant other knows that dual alarms are a must. No one wants to be changing an alarm as soon as they get up or having to remember to wake someone else up. The alarms can be set to wake you to a buzzer, AM or FM radio, and your iPod. The coolest part of the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime is the motion activated snooze control. You don’t have to push a button you can simply wave your hand over the right side of the clock and the alarm goes to snooze. There is a large snooze button for the more old-school type. When you pass your hand over the snooze button, the controls automatically light up as well. The backlit buttons automatically do dark when not needed so the extra light doesn't bother you while you sleep. The wireless remote allows you to turn on or off the music feature of the phone and you can change sources with the remote as well as control volume. Turning the alarms on and off is as easy as touching a button. On my old alarm clock (which I have been using since college) I had to move a sliding button and on more than one occasion I thought I turned the alarm on and hadn’t leading to rushed mornings. Turning the alarm off on the Anytime when it is going off is done by pressing the button as well. Sound quality for the small speakers is impressive. If you are a fan of deep bass, you won’t get it here. For some tunes to wake up to or music as you get ready in the morning the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime is more than capable. This is the perfect alarm clock for the iPod fan and is even more ideal for users of the iPhone who are mobile phone only users. You can charge the iPhone at your bedside at night so late calls don’t send you scurrying to get your phone in another room. The biggest problem I found with the Pure-Fi anytime is that the AC adapter is very thick. My outlet is right behind the bed stand and the thickness meant I actually had to move the stand away from the wall to get the space needed for the adapter.
